Hi! I'm Erlynee, and I laugh for no reason - thanks to laughter yoga! Originally from Singapore, I fell in love with Norway and now call it home. I'm a proud mom of 3+2 kids (yes, you read that right!) and a master at finding joy in life's chaos!
She was absolutely the perfect person to lead a session like this—so charming and effortlessly created a safe, welcoming space. It takes a special kind of person to pull off something like this and get a whole room to ‘fake’ laugh together!
It was a fantastic break from a theory-heavy program. We got to stand up, shake off some tension, and just have fun being a little silly together with colleagues!
What a wonderful experience!
