It's easy to laugh when life is good - I’ve always been someone who laughs a lot because I love it! But let’s be real… life isn’t always that easy.
Then I discovered laughter yoga - a unique practice where you laugh for no reason at all. No jokes, no comedy, just pure, intentional laughter.
It’s a simple exercise anyone can do.
You don’t wait for laughter to come to you - you take charge and invite it back into your life.
I gave it a try… and it works!
Laughing for no reason sounds strange at first, but trust me -
it’s easier (and way more fun) than you think!
